Title: Account Executive

Positions: 4
Position Description:We seek sales leaders. We need a team of
                           professionals who will take Rational IT into the market,
                           target accounts, knock on doors, acquire accounts and
                           propose and close business.  Sr. Account Executives
                           should be skilled in solution selling and comfortable
                           selling at all levels in the organization, including the C-level.
                           Based in the Bay Area, Sr. Account Executives will
                           be responsible for working geographic territories and vertical markets,
                           and achieving aggressive targets for account acquisition, revenues,
                           and gross margins  
Experience :  The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of sales experience, in the IT services market, demonstrating a track record of consistently reaching and exceeding performance targets is expected. Start-up experience is a major plus.
Qualifications:    A Bachelor’s degree is desired, but not required. The candidate
                           should have experience in and mastery of various selling
                           strategies and familiarity with various sales technologies.
