Fremont, CA (December 1, 2003) – Rational IT today announced a strategic alliance with San Francisco-based Montgomery Technologies. Under the terms of the agreement, Rational IT will be Montgomery Technologies “IT Partner” and the two companies will jointly market Rational IT’s IT program management and solution services to Montgomery Technologies’ client base.

Montgomery Technologies contracts with premier office space landlords to manage telecommunications services within their buildings and to facilitate various technology solutions for tenants.

Fremont, CA (September 22, 2003) – Rational IT, headquartered in Fremont, California – formerly RIT Logic – today announced a fresh, new corporate face and a suite of branded IT management programs to address the needs of small, emerging, and mid-market companies.

The new suite of services, dubbed R/One IT Program Management includes three distinct, branded service domains, SureView IT Planning Services, SureStep IT Implementation Services, and SureResponse Managed IT Services – the latter builds upon the company’s strengths in remote monitoring and management solutions.

“The development of R/One has been a fast and carefully executed evolution,” says CEO. “It started with our customers asking us to package on-site services with our remote services wrapped in a comprehensive SLA. So, we did that. Right away it became apparent we were spending a lot of our time, and our clients’ money, supporting systems that had not been properly implemented to start with. That put us in the IT project business.

“IT planning services emerged when we began seeing evidence noticed that our clients overall IT planning efforts were problematic: poor budgeting and a lack of overall budgetary controls, inadequate risk analysis, overall scheduling problems, and, most telling, too many projects that did not seem to reflect our clients’ priorities or business direction.

The Company has also recently filled its CFO and Executive Vice President of Sales with experienced professionals. AS CFO, Sugu Aria, brings deep experience with technology services. He was the founding CFO of Computer land and oversaw the expansion of that company to over 300 locations. The company’s Executive VP of Sales, Marc J. Dooley, joins Rational IT with experience leading and building large technical services organizations including managing GE Capital IT Solutions New York City metro market and VP and General Manager of RCM Technologies for the New York region.
