R/Man - Remote Management Services

R/Man Remote Management Services engage when the R/Agent’s automated resolution is unsuccessful. R/Team members use locally installed R/Agent tools to manage client systems from our R/Central facility.

Employing our Ratio incident resolution methods and tools, the R/Team works to resolve incidents. As required, they will escalate to the on-site R/Team.
