| R/now is Rational IT Emergency Services Program.
The program will allow clients, on a high priority basis, to initiate a support incident via the R/Net IT Management Portal,
clients will be able to both expedite and target emergency escalations,
on a system-by-system, site-by-site basis.
First-time customers will also be able to access R/now,
although they will be on a separate escalation track from that used by existing clients
